1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India. For remote or non-serviceable areas, we will notify you after order placement and initiate a full refund if delivery is not possible.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹49 to ₹99 may apply (calculated at checkout).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may attract an additional fee of ₹50 (if available).

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural locations may require additional time.

You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Send clear photos and order details to support@wellnesswellbeing.in.
  • We’ll investigate and offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only serve customers within India.
