Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.The product should not be damaged or tampered with in any way.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@wellnesswellbeing.in with your order details and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of return approval.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items returned without proper authorization or beyond the 7-day window will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We’ll ensure a quick resolution by offering a replacement or full refund.
